AUDIO: Refugees in Their Own Voices

As part of my work with Oregon Humanities, I recorded and edited three radio clips of the people I interviewed.  Chhabi, Ammar, and Solange are all refugees who came to the United States from Bhutan, Iraq, and Congo, respectively.  They generously shared their experiences and allowed me to record them and share their stories.  They live in Oregon now, and their voices are part of the American narrative.  Take a listen on Soundcloud!
