I interviewed China expert Kerry Brown for the Asian Review of Books.  The interview talks about the best of China books, what’s missing from the global literature on China, and the differences between Chinese and foreigners writing about China.  It’s the first part of an interview series I have spearheaded through the Asian Review of Books.
